Donna is the Member in Charge of the Brown Smith Wallace Financial Advisory Services group. She has more than 30 years of experience in valuations, financial forecasting and analysis, litigation support, mergers and acquisitions as well as fraud and forensic accounting. Her experience and grasp of the body of knowledge in the valuation discipline qualifies her as a premier strategic business advisor.

 

Brad Pursel

Brad’s responsibilities include providing project management and technical leadership on engagements involving valuation, dispute advisory, and corporate finance.  Brad is a frequent author and speaker on topics related to valuation for financial reporting, transaction advisory, and other purposes.  Brad actively participates on a national basis to establish and promote best practices regarding to valuation.  As part of the 10-member task force, Brad is writing sections of a practice aid to be published by the AICPA and focused on valuing in-process research and development, but with general applicability to other intangible assets.  Brad is also a member of the Appraisal Issues Task Force.

Barry Worth

Barry is responsible for Brown Smith Wallace’s Mergers and Acquisitions Group and provides turnaround consulting services. As a Member of the firm, he performs strategic business planning. Prior to joining the firm, Barry was an audit partner in an international accounting firm and also had his own consulting practice. More than 45 years’ experience in public and private accounting distinguishes Barry as an expert in his field.

Our FAS executive leadership team is supported by more than 20 subject matter experts with extensive experience in FAS and other Brown Smith Wallace practices, such as audit, tax and specialized industries.  In addition, our FAS executive leadership team leverages the assistance of FAS staff personnel when possible to reduce the total cost of our services to clients.
